The Consortium has resolved that CLAT-2023 will be held on 18th December,2022. Hence, in 2022 two CLAT examinations will be held in one year.

The modified syllabus of AILET 2022 for B.A.LL.B.(Hons.) Programme is as follows:
The AILET 2022 for B.A.LL.B (Hons.) programme will have three (3) sections of 150 multiple choice questions for 150 marks in total. The duration of the examination is 90 minutes.
The three sections will be:
Section A: English Language (50 questions; 50 marks).
Section B: Current Affairs & General Knowledge (30 questions; 30 marks).
Section C: Logical Reasoning (70 questions; 70 marks).
Legal principles may be used in the logical reasoning section to test logical aptitude but the examination will not require any kind of legal knowledge or technical understanding.

NLSIU is set to launch a new interdisciplinary 3-year LLB (Hons) Programme in 2022 which reimagines legal education for the 21st century.

The 3-year LLB (Hons) is a full-time residential programme that will admit 60 students in the Academic Year 2022-23. Admission will be on the basis of all-India National entrance test to be held on April 24, 2022.  The inaugural batch will begin classes on July 1, 2022.
